LinkedIn is a very important communication channel for DFTA, used to keep the community informed about activities, offers, and topics.
In the summer of 2023, DFTA faced the challenge of compensating for the sudden absence of their social media manager and decided on an external solution: Bcomm.! Together, we quickly established the conditions for a smooth handover of the channel. The primary goal was to maintain the existing activities with the same quality. A social media and content manager from Bcomm. took over the tasks and became a “DFTA expert” within a few weeks. Short weekly editorial and coordination meetings ensured transparency, efficiency, and minimal effort. Our holistic approach provided the association with a comprehensive solution, enabling the seamless transition of content, design, and market knowledge into engaging social media content.
Over the course of the collaboration, Bcomm. has further developed the DFTA’s LinkedIn activities and taken the channel to the next level in terms of quality, including significantly more reach and interaction.
The development of new content formats, active support for events and the targeted use of paid advertising ensure a strong and authentic presence on LinkedIn.
The managing director of DFTA was directly involved from the start, providing feedback to Bcomm.’s social media team, which allowed direct access to the communication skills of the Bcomm. team. This also enables flexible use of additional acitvities, such as the development of an image film or congress interviews, at any time.
The collaboration with Bcomm. ran quickly and smoothly, right from the beginning. The internal processes could be transferred to the integrated support provided by Bcomm. without any problems. For DFTA, the whole experience became more relaxed and even fun.
