As the company expanded globally, opening plants in the USA and India, the brand’s core disappeared. Employees were unsure about what Thomas Weckerle and the company stood for. Therefore, Bcomm.’s goal was defined: to developing and implementing an identity-creating communication strategy for the global workforce. We laid the foundation in joint workshops with Thomas Weckerle and subsequently developed it further. Operational communication formats then brought the results to life.
The slogan “We are Weckerle” served as the communicative framework, with a powerful image film as the creative basis. Various types of on-site events, such as “Meet the Boss”, also created authentic connections at all worldwide locations. The successful package was rounded off with striking employer branding messages and opportunities for an open feedback culture on the relevant internal communication media. Today, the brand essence shines brighter than ever.
Bcomm. has brought us to a new level of communication. I was particularly impressed by the high creative standards and output.
