WEIG’s communication was heavily sales-oriented, with almost no digital visibility or presence. The website was a traditional corporate page without dynamics or user experience considerations.
Our joint goal was to quickly and exploratively provide WEIG with a contemporary digital communication structure. We deliberately chose an unconventional path, developing a separate WEIG content theme world for greater visibility and active engagement of new contacts. Initial performance activities for the themed world were launched by Bcomm. within a few weeks, including LinkedIn and Search Engine Advertising (SEA). Internally, we implemented and rolled out HubSpot, a marketing automation and lead management system, allowing WEIG to visualize and systematically develop new contacts through marketing and sales. Since then, the new “communication package” has been continuously used in communication campaigns and developed further with every activity.
The collaboration marked a real paradigm shift for WEIG, evident on two levels:
1) WEIG’s digital presence has significantly grown through Bcomm. There are now clear target group clusters that perform better with each activity. WEIG continuously gains qualified leads and contacts for the first time. The significantly changed appearance of WEIG now perfectly aligns with the digital communication formats.
2 The initially skeptical WEIG team quickly became a bold and agile feedback partner in short coordination rounds and project sprints. The possibilities of digital communication are now an integral part of their daily repertoire, from real-time dashboards and optimization sprints to automated intent correspondences and nurturings
With Bcomm. we succeeded in digitizing our communication in a short time, establishing a new mindset in our company. We are now bolder, faster, and more efficient, and we have created a digital visibility for WEIG that we are gradually expanding. This is a true game-changer for me!
